About Blessings, Synchronicity and Belonging

I have been experiencing so much blessings and synchronicity lately and for some time now – that I am filled with a sense of awe and wonder like never before, I have to say. Let me bring an example of what I am trying to say.

Last Saturday I got a message that some of my audible credits were about to expire – and I said well, I might as well cancel my subscription after I use my credits – for some time now I have also been discerning really well where to allocate resources and energy. I have plenty of unread books on my shelves, computer and phone, I do not need to keep acquiring more. And so I browsed for a little while and decided Brené Brown’s “Braving the Wilderness: the quest for true belonging and the courage to stand alone” would be my choice for the weekend. What a blessing that wis (was + is, a verb tense I have just invented).

Becoming fully human

“Becoming fully human is a great adventure – one that requires us to grow and stretch ourselves.  Do you too feel the call to grow?” – This is how author Cindy Wigglesworth begins Chapter One of her book “SQ21: The 21 Skills of Spiritual Intelligence”, published in 2012.

Spiritual Intelligence, as she defines, is “the ability to behave with wisdom and compassion, while maintaining inner and outer peace, regardless of the situation”. If this sounds quite difficult, it’s because it is. Yet, it is not impossible.

We all learn and grow from the moment we are born, so why not keep developing ourselves and evolving consciously after reaching adult life?

Autumn Inside

Who would imagine a time in autumn with no experiencing the sweet fresh smell and touch of the wind on our faces? A time with such blueness in the sky and a veil of light so warm that could only be so gently and slightly felt in our bodies among Nature’s openness?
